1. Introduction

Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of User Agreement and governs your visit to https://skywardquantum.com, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Website and Service.
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our User Agreement.

  1. “Data Controller” means SKYWARD QUANTUM PTE LTD as a legal entity which determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal data under this Policy.

4.7. In some situations, SKYWARD QUANTUM Users may provide us with personal information over platforms that are outside our control; for example through social media or forums. Whilst any information collected by us is governed by this Privacy Policy, the platform by which it was communicated will be governed by its privacy policy.

5.1. SKYWARD QUANTUM uses the collected data for various purposes:

SKYWARD QUANTUM would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our affiliate companies.This is a voluntary act from your side and you are not obligated to sign up for such send. If you agree to receive such promotional information you have the right at any time to stop SKYWARD QUANTUM from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to our affiliate companies via e-mail legal@skywardquantum.com.

6. Retention of Data

SKYWARD QUANTUM will not keep your Personal Data longer than it is necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy. You may request to delete you personal data any time.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

  1. Legal entities that provide attribution tracking mechanisms, ad mediation services and ad networks services in respect of SKYWARD QUANTUM Services;
  2. Legal entities that use the analytical tools in respect of the behavior of Users and their use of Website and Services;
  3. Legal entities that use advertising networks for promoting Website and Services;
  4. Legal entities that use the personal data received from SKYWARD QUANTUM for developing and improving Website and Services;
  5. Legal entities that store processed personal data of Users.

SKYWARD QUANTUM will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Right of access (right to obtain from SKYWARD QUANTUM as the Controller confirmation as to whether your personal data are being processed and other information concerning your personal data, including information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of processed personal data, the categories of recipients of your personal data, the period of personal data storage);
  2. Right to rectification (right to request to correct and complete any information you believe is inaccurate and incomplete);
  3. Right to erasure (right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you);
  4. Right to restriction of processing (right to obtain from SKYWARD QUANTUM as the Controller restriction of processing on the legal grounds provided in art.18 GDPR (for example, when the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you or we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing));
  5. Right to data portability (the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to SKYWARD QUANTUM, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another Controller without hindrance from us);
  6. Right to object (right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you, including the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for marketing purposes);
  7. Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
  8. Right to file the request or complaint to SKYWARD QUANTUM as the Controller of your personal data;
  9. Right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing;
  10. You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).
You may use your rights by reading this Privacy Policy or sending us requests via our e-mail legal@skywardquantum.com

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Please note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you are entitled to learn what data we collect about you, ask to delete your data and not to sell (share) it. To exercise your data protection rights, you can make certain requests and ask us:

If you make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.

(c) Not to be discriminated against based upon the exercise of privacy rights.

(d) To stop selling your personal information. If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop selling it. If you are a California resident, to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, click “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” at the bottom of our home page to submit your request.

Please note, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. But in no circumstances, we will discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

13. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If you become aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
